Session 1I will take a full case history and on completion and in preparation for what is to come; a full spiritual healing will take place to clear your energy field of any entities or stagnant energies and your chakra centers (epicenters of energetic flow) will be cleared, activated. and optimsed. Throughout the seven sessions we will further clear meridians/nadis (energetic channels) as they present.

Working methodically in this way we cover and clear a lot of bases. Whether you are new or returning to the clinic, this is a great gift, a great foundation you can give yourself for a joyful life of ease and abundance across all planes of existence.
Ideally, you should be able to rest and integrate after each session.
Session 2A full body scan, physical examination and treatment will take place. I take the time to work from your feet up to your head using techniques such as soft tissue manipulation, mobilisation and inhibition to reduce physical discomfort, increase range of motion and get the energy flowing through the physical self.
Session 3A session based on the cranium. I will look to and ensure all bones of the cranium are moving as they should. This session will include an auricle exam; placing my fingers in your ears to balance the hemispheres of your brain. It will also include a full oral exam, treating areas such as the TMJ and the tongue.
Session 4This session focuses on pelvic health; both men and women alike. Ideally it will include a full vaginal and/or rectal exam and treatment. The choice of course is always yours but I cannot recommend highly enough getting these deep places of our souls checked and cleared - men and women. The changes can be truly mind blowing.
Session 5A deep dive into the endocrine system, covering all major endocrine organs and their fields. Optimising your hormone system - The ovaries/testes (sexual function), adrenals (stress response), pancreas (digestion), thymus (immune system), thyroid (energy levels), pituitary (growth) and hypothalamus (homeostasis).
Session 6A session based on the viscera of the body. We will clear the fields of each in turn. The organs; heart (joy), liver and gallbladder (anger), Kidneys and bladder (fear), digestive system (anxiety), lungs (grief) and stomach/spleen (worry). I can see and feel the fields of each and release and complete them as necessary.
Session 7This session will bring your mammoth commitment to its grand finale. A blissful bio-dynamic osteopathic session. A lot of my work is a mix of physical and energetic but this session is 100% deeply peaceful yet softly invigorating. As you slip into a parasympathetic (rest and digest) state, your innate healing mechanism comes to the fore and radiates out through your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual fields. A sonic boom of expansion and connection to the divine.
TreatmentsAlthough structured, all treatment sessions will have their own flavour. The character of such brought about by the dynamic relationship we forge together on your path of healing. At any point I may have visions, we may encounter emotional blocks, we may encounter cord cutting, past lives and ancestral healing. When and if these things occur I will always voice them. It works best to come with no expectation of these events and just let the magic unfold. Each session is unique and divinely guided.
10% Discount Once your treatment commitment is finalised you will be a fully paid up member of Club 7. This entitles you to a 10% discount on all modalities going forward. Should you need a tweak here or there in future, fancy a blissful biodynamic, need your internals looked at again.... The choice is yours. Lots of people opt for maintenance sessions choosing anywhere between 6 weekly and yearly.
Informed Consent
There are internal examinations and treatments in this package. Each will be fully explained. At no point do you have to go through with them. The choice is always yours. This package is designed this way because over the years I have seen a strong need and these internal areas can illicit profound changes in the whole. If you feel strongly that these modes of treatment are not for you, you are very welcome to book singular treatments as normal. This package is no-holds-barred for those wanting to explore all facets of themselves on their healing journey.
